We hope you have had a great start to 2018! The New Year always brings the feeling of starting fresh and seems like a good time to make changes. The Insurance Place is no different and is working through a transition of our internal management system which is the database for all of our clients. We currently must refer to both systems so apologize if we are a little slower than usual next time you call. However, with the change there will be some new benefits for you, our clients!

Effective immediately, we now have texting capabilities! Several people have asked us to text them information or even their ID card over the years and we were not able to then. We didn’t like saying no, so we found a way to say yes! Our number for texts only is 720-619-2123. If you attempt to call this phone number you will hear an automated message asking you to call our normal office number. You might want to add this to our contact information in your phone in case you need to text in the future. Now, if you purchase a new vehicle and we request photos, you can just text them to us.

Keep a watch out for further changes to come. In the next couple of months, we will launch our client portal. Once again, we want our clients to have access to information in the way they prefer, at the time of day they prefer. When this is ready, you will be able to log in through our agency website and view/print certain documents, view policy information, or contact us to make a change. Speaking of our website, we are also working on a clean, new look for it.
